    Service a little slow today but usually always a good cup of coffee.

    Customer Service is ok, Food ok, but most of the time i don't get what I order or they don't have what i want to order.. its also close at 11h PM

    Service and food quality is hit or miss depending on the shift you get at this place, especially near weekend times. If you get the shift with a bunch of teens/students, expect your food portions to be wrong or incorrect (giving me a half filled iced cappuccino, really?). Product tends to be decent, but everything is thawed from flash frozen, so 'fresh' is only in someone's imagination.
